Dear Tirrell Black, Assistant Planning Director, Please DO NOT support versions 2 and 3 of the proposed plan as they favor development, the destruction of tree habitat and will not, as far as I can tell, increase affordable housing. I support option 1 which is continue with our current plan and growth and in the process:
1. Protect trees and natural habitat;
2. Protect Neighborhoods from unwanted retail and restaurants in the middle of them which will ruin them and create unsafe and a lack of unity of the neighborhood;
