You were long on patience with me when I got WAY into the weeds, prematurely, on my concerns. You brought Tim Thompson in to discuss the update to the Development Code. I am grateful for all your assistance.
Per your suggestion, I am submitting herewith similar comments to those I had previously submitted: Alternative 3 appears to capture an indepth view of the Downtown core and a re-examination of existing Comprehensive Plan goals with an eye for updates. Alternative 3, woven together with an Alternative 2 examination, has the potential for positive results for the new 2046 Comp Plan.
It was especially helpful for me to visit with Tim Thompson, who will be on the team for the update to the Development Code. He was encouraging, and I thank you again.
