Please note that, as a long-time resident of this community, a concerned citizen, and 26-yr employee of the Spokane County Stormwater Utility/Environmental Programs groups, I absolutely oppose the changes proposed in the draft EIS that is being considered. Please do not join the County in allowing developers and others to run ruff shod over important environmental codes and regulations! We must do everything we can to preserve our natural resources and enforce current environmental protections.
