I would not want additional fees to be added to use green spaces and parks in the city. These should be free use areas for the community.
I like alternative 3 for the additional job creation. However, I do not like the transportation plan on that one via looking at the maps. I prefer alternative 2 for that portion of the plans.
3 biggest concerns for me are water use, transportation plans, and pollution of all kinds.
Affordable Housing and Land Use are also in my mind as the next most concerning.
