Thanks for the opportunity to comment. I like Option 2 most, with the emphasis on residential business, and business hubs. I like the Option 3 job projection numbers, but am skeptical that employees will be persuaded in large numbers to use public transportation to get to West Plains jobs. Option 2 also has the advantage that it is based on previous Centers and Corridors public comment. I am happy that all choices mention streamlining getting permit approval, and that we have gotten away from single residence zoning.
