It is my understanding that STA is going to propose another tax increase even though ridership is down. Has anyone given any thought to provide vans for passengers instead of huge buses that travel around the city mostly empty? I went on a trip to Alaska recently, and Alaska provides passenger vans for transportation instead of costly busses.
