Please do not extend the High Density Residential zone of the West Central area to include the west half. The east half is already zoned as such and I believe is has only caused more damage than good. West Central should be considered a historic section of town, similar to Browne's Addition. We should be encouraging people and investors to refurbish and fix the existing historical structures. They have immense charm and character that will be destroyed by HDR zoning. West Central shouldn't be treated as a slum that needs to be leveled. That is what HDR zoning will do. I have been doing my best to restore my home in the area, that I purchased five years ago.
