As a community member and resident of 35 years in the West Central Neighborhood I oppose the west end’s redistricting to HDR. This is a historic neighborhood with beautifully maintained historic homes. The type of building that is allowed under HDR would destroy the historic feel of our neighborhood. This would be a shame for the City of Spokane.
